As an investment and asset manager, we are currently in the process of establishing a sustainable logistics platform with a target volume of approximately 300 million euros. We are investing in logistics, light industrial and last-mile properties throughout Germany. As part of our strategy, we want to extensively modernize and sustainably design aging real estate. In doing so, we focus on compliance with current ESG guidelines, paying particular attention to the CREEM path, which is currently authoritative in terms of sustainability.

Furthermore, we do not only think and act in the here and now, but strive towards the overriding goal of maintaining and further developing a sustainable and attractive location in Germany for ourselves and many generations to come. That is why we as investors need to network even closer and better with the logistics real estate sector and all market participants. We understand logistics to be a system-relevant medium.
