About us
SCANTUM DW is an owner-managed investment and asset manager based in Frankfurt am Main. The company was newly founded in 2022 and specializes in the acquisition and management of logistics, light industrial and last-mile properties in Germany. The two founders and managing partners Alexander and Vincent combine around 20 years of professional experience in the real estate industry, especially in the areas of transaction and asset management of institutional investment vehicles of different types of use and risk classes. Alexander and Vincent accompanied transactions on the national and european market with a volume of around 1.8 billion euros.
