Alexander Polsak
Alexander Polsak has more than 10 years of experience in the real estate sector. In addition to positions at BNP / Catella, he most recently managed acquisitions in the commercial sector of the CREO Group in the Rhine-Main and Rhine-Ruhr areas. He has been self-employed since 2021 and founded various real estate companies through his holding company. In addition to his operational role, he teaches at various colleges and universities. In his career to date, Alexander Polsak has managed more than EUR 2 billion in transaction volume.

Vincent Schneider
Vincent Schneider has more than 8 years of experience in the real estate industry, particularly in the areas of transaction and asset management of institutional investment vehicles of different types of use and risk classes. In his previous positions at TRIUVA Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH (formerly IVG Institutional Funds GmbH) and Oceans & Company GmbH, he supported transactions on the national and European market with a volume of around EUR 3.5 billion. He has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2018.

Sven Dahlmeyer
Sven Dahlmeyer has almost 30 years of professional experience in the property sector: after working in the leveraged buy-out team at Dresdner Bank and holding positions in real estate investment at Bankers Trust, Doughty Hanson and Goldman Sachs (Co-Head Europe of the Real Estate Asset Management Platform), he founded DW Real Estate GmbH in 2015. During his career, Sven Dahlmeyer has co-managed transactions totalling well over €10 billion.

Our locations
SCANTUM DW's headquarters are in Frankfurt am Main. As part of the DW Real Estate group of companies, Scantum DW has access to a team of over 20 employees spread across three locations. In addition to the office in Frankfurt, the DW group has branches in Munich and Amsterdam. This geographical distribution ensures comprehensive coverage in Germany and close proximity to our partners and the properties in question. This ensures short distances and a presence on site at all times.
